When love has been abuse: A message to remind you of how the love you had (or may still have) is not real love if it comes with abusive words or actions.  In this message of guided wisdom to you, you are reminded of how you may reclaim the real love that you are so deserving of. 

Reclaim love by believing first in yourself and your deserving of real love. 

Begin to give this love to yourself in kind words and actions; in loving gestures and care directed inward. 

You may also choose to reclaim how you define unconditional love to be, so that you hold a healthy model of what this looks like for yourself.  Believe in your ability to know what true love is.

Let the words here offer comfort, relief, hope, and inspiration; for planning your future choices and of love given unto yourself.   Begin to define what is truly wanted; of a partner, and a love relationship.  “Ask” for what you truly want.  Be willing to receive it (even with caution), as you remind yourself of the great power of receiving everything that you most desire; and with this – new love.  Namaste!  xo
