The Journey is Love
It may appear to be simple ~ because it is. The ‘work’ is the work of remembering ~ reminding yourself that everything beautiful and sacred ~ begins and exists out of love.
Love is at the epicenter of all things that allows us to experience and enjoy so much beauty.
Do you hold sacred the path of your life? The more conscious that you can be to this, the more beauty, joy, abundance and of course love ~ you co-create.
The journey has always been love.
It has always been true to form the reasons for why, here, now ~ in this moment you exist. All that is real is anchored in love.
You may choose to live in a space and time that nourishes your heart ~ that opens you to love beyond what your (earlier) experiences have revealed.
The only measure is your ability to live here ~ in the space and reality of the present moment ~ and long enough to witness the blessings of your life in true form.
It begins with a conscious desire.
You must use your free will in physical form ~ to be awake to the realization that you are indeed spirit in action and the energy of love.
All is for your highest good. All is love.
When you do not feel the energy of love, invite it in. Contemplate that you are an open vessel to its presence ~ its pure form and all of the ways in which love finds you.
There is a practice that I do each day to intentionally calibrate with the energy of my heart ~ to merge with my soul consciousness and the oneness that I share with all of the universe.
It is something that you may do and then to notice that your natural state is to live from your heart.
The journey into love begins with a conscious choice.
It begins with a desire to recognize that you are of perfect form as you are, the love that you are, your brilliance ~ and goodness ~ and the presence that you may hold of your perfect nature as light. Consider this with every choice you make. Honour the perfection that you are.
The journey into love begins with your presence to this moment.
It is in here that you may choose to hold presence to the light of your soul ~ awakened.
Awake to the conscious steps lived in the perfection of now.
It is this moment that your nature as love as the energy of love finds you. It is this moment that love transcends all worldly ‘things’.
Love is the path of manifestation.
Love is the power of goodness and transformation. Love is the certainty of your heart.
Invite love in. For whatever your morning rituals may be, include the practice of sitting in stillness.
Hold presence to the experience as you open to the energy of love that lives within you. Merge with the energy of your heart centre. Be this love.
Try this for yourself. Hold presence to the beautiful nature of what you are. Let your experience guide you. The energy of love will reveal itself.
The experience of this energy as calm, contentment, peace, comfort ~ will fill your being. All that you need to do is be witness to it.
Then, as the energy of love, approach all things.
Be love.
Make it a sacred practice. Allow the experience of ‘calibrating to the purest form of love’ ~ be the journey.
This feeling will become familiar. This is how you are reminded of your sacred nature as love in action ~ as grace ~ as love in physical form.
Do this repeatedly for we forget that we are beings of energy first.
Life in the expression of being love is far richer. It is moving from one experience to the next in flow ~ attentive and aware of what feels right and what honours your sacred being.
All of the moments of your life are meant to be experienced as precious ~ purposeful ~ meaningful.
As you seek the wisdom of life unfolding and as you go inward for this conscious expression, the easier it becomes to make the choice ~ to choose love as what you exist as.
Love is the journey. It is the messenger. It is pure and of grace.
Out of a state of love, everything is possible.
