Different from traditional meditation practice, a contemplation meditation – often recited in first person (e.g. “I am…”) allows for guidance of new thought messages and inspiring wisdom that become what you reflect upon and aspire to.

All that is needed, is for you to remain open to the words that you hear; to take them in – allowing them to wash over you; to feel their impression as they become what you reflect upon and allow as possibility.  This is how we bring new ideas and inspired thoughts into our consciousness.
