When we begin to experience our breath as the natural inflow and outflow of energy moving through each one of us in all moments, we become mindful of our presence as energy, as flow – as perfection.
Some contemplative words from the meditation for you to reflect upon further if you choose….
What is the experience of breath as something you allow, you receive – into your body? What is your expression of breath as you exhale? Witness breath as the flow of air that moves through you; imagine the air all around you – the air you take in, the air you release. What is this? What is the air that you breathe in? …the atoms, the molecules, the subatomic particles that are all moving, all vibrating energy?
If you imagine your inflow of breath as energy, let the beautiful exchange of air – of oxygen be what you are attuned to. Let each breath remind you of the present nature of this moment – of life’s moments.
Begin to bring breath into you deliberately as energy; as your deliberate nature – as what you are. Let the wisdom of each breath; of each inhalation, of each exhalation – be what supports what you are….. as energy.
