Vulnerability is not powerlessness.

You choose to be vulnerable as you choose to be real.

Sometimes this takes the form of whole honesty when it is uncertain how your honesty will be received by another.

Vulnerability is being honest and truthful with yourself – to reveal what ‘is’; in the absence of blame and conviction.

Vulnerability is proof of your inner confidence – to live of your truth, to be all of who you are; knowing that on the other side of vulnerability is the pure essence of strength, fortitude, resilience and self-love.

Vulnerability is self-love.  namaste.
