Like each of the guided meditations that I script, I do so during moments of inspiration; and usually during my morning meditation practice.
This inspirational prose meditation came through in its unique imprint; first in third person, intended to remind us all of our brilliant wonder and light; and then, speaking in first person as if I was being reminded myself of this important message; and simultaneously speaking of it to you so that you may live of this light each day of your life.
This meditation of sacred wonder is to remind you of the sacred light that is within you and each one of us; and that to discover inner presence and wonder is how you access your connection – unto yourself, and to other living beings. (Even if they are not able to access this light from within them, they will feel you giving; sharing; living your light.)
