Enjoy this beautiful mindfulness meditation to return to the present; to access your deliberate connection to your breath; and to the expression of life that you live in each moment. 

 

In the practice of stillness, upright posture, spine tall, eyes at the horizon closed or open; you sit.

The practice is present moment awareness.

There is no action to take except for a small recognition unto yourself that you are here…

Right where you need to be.

You are living the moments of your life one at a time.

Let your breath guide you.

In breath… one moment.  Out breath… one moment.

This is a practice of eternity; of the gentle realization that there is so much that you can attend to in each moment.

The ever-present stimuli of life; a constant reminder – of presence.

Just moments in deliberate watch.

You can choose to place your focus on what moments have passed; to dwell here for a time in the rethinking of them.

You can choose to follow the next ‘in breath’ taking it in with the certain wonder of this moment.

Breath is the expression of life lived in each singular moment.
