This is a special guided meditation for mindful awareness of your current mood state and for manifesting how you want to feel.

You can distinctly choose your current mood state; no longer succumbing to how you are affected by the words and actions of others or the thoughts of your ego-mind.  Use this meditation at times when you want to deliberately choose how you feel, to uplift yourself and to feel the inspiration of life.  How you feel is a conscious choice.   You choose your inward dwelling state using your free will – just as you choose what actions and choices will determine how you live life.
