Be patient – everything you want is on its way to you now.

Live life fully; keep being your carefree, amazing incredible self.  Let nothing deter you from what you love to do.

Continue seeing the magic, the beauty and the love that exists all around you.  At times you will feel as though no one loves you and yet this is never so.  Remind yourself of the people (and pets) in your life, the family and friends who do care – who do see you and valuable and important – and who love you just the way you are.  Its important to remind yourself of this often and to practice holding this feeling of love for yourself – to notice what it feels like so that you can feel it often – for yourself – and of yourself – being loving towards yourself begins here

the wisdom blog: unconditional loveFor all of the things that others may tell you that are pleasing about yourself, and for how ever good this makes you feel, remember that you are always responsible for how you feel.  There will be moments – even days – in which you feel down, you may not like yourself – you may feel lost and alone – unhappy.  Know that these are the times when you stopped believing in yourself, when you stopped trusting that you are invincible, you are special, you are beautiful and you have so many incredible gifts to offer; to share with others; to experience your life as.  In those moments when you feel sad, hurt, or perhaps like giving up – remember to love yourself.

Remember to say the words in your mind and then out loud, “I love you!” Say them as if you were talking to yourself, as your older ‘you’ – and let the words sink in so you can feel the love.

There will never be anyone that can hurt you if you don’t allow it.  There is never anyone else who will say mean or hurtful things greater than you.  Choose to say words of kindness to yourself.  Practice this now so that you will become so good at it that it will be a source of strength and inner power.  Use your words of love and kindness to remind you that you are capable, that you are enough, that you are deserving of everything you want, and that you can have and do anything that you heart desires.

These are the words – the messages of love that are meant for you; that are important to say and to believe in – these are the words that can help you to feel better even when you do not think that feeling better is possible; even when you have been hurt so much; and most important – even when others may show or tell you otherwise – be in charge of how you feel.  Remind yourself of what is true; rather than believe in another.  Believe in yourself.  You are the one person that needs to do this most – regardless of what anyone else says or does – it matters most what you tell yourself.

Let these messages of honesty – of truth – of love – be the messages that you live by.  ‘I love you.  I love you.  I love you’  Love yourself first – without waiting for anyone else to say this.  Love yourself always – because you are so incredible – so capable – so perfect as you are.  Love yourself because this is how you will always feel loved and special.
