Activation Exercise:

From the heart-brain connection that you will have established during the first three steps, now ask one (or all of) the following questions, filling in the blank with the names of the people, symbols, or identities of what you are wishing to ask about. Let these be example formats. Find a comfortable way in which you will easily communicate with and and receive wisdom from your heart that works best for you.

Please remember that you may ask a question of your heart intelligence more than once and using different questions if you would like confirmation of your answer.

“From my heart’s deepest knowing, I ask to be shown the significance of _______ in my dreams.”

“From the deepest wisdom of my heart that knows only my truth, I ask for the meaning of the _______ in my life.”

“I ask the wisdom of my heart to help me understand the significance of _______ in my life.”

“I ask my heart to reveal what I need to know about _________; what will help and guide me best in achieving the best possible outcome (for me) of this situation.”
